I do not use these product but went into a store to purchase a gift card for someone. The sales person told me she had to have my email address to complete the purchase. She actually apparently signed me up for their rewards program. I started receiving emails updating my rewards status. They have a link to contact them to remove you from this program and the emails. I have contacted them multiple times over the last year requesting they remove me from this program and their email list since I never signed up. They always respond that they will take care of it but it’s obviously lies because I still continue getting these emails that I am still in the rewards program. I will never be a customer based on this horrible customer service experience with them.

Have used and ordered BareMinerals for years. After this experience I will not place an order with their company ever again. Place order May 22, a week later receive an email this order has been cancelled. Call CSR and she has no idea why the order has been cancelled and after a half hour I can not wait any longer for an answer. Later call another CSR and she explains the order is cancelled because a brush is out of stock that was chosen in a bundle I purchased. This CSR places the order again with a different brush choice. Days later no shipping confirmation and no order. Contact CSR again and am told I need to wait a full 10 days of FedEx showing the shipment has not moved before they will replace the obviously lost order. Another order is placed after the 10 days and this order is also lost and now it is June 16! The CSR says at this point they will just issue me a refund! No sorry, no explanation how a company can loose two orders according to FedEx the company created a label but never processed the shipment to FedEx. Please do not waste your time there are now other Mineral makeup available from more reputable and reliable companies.

I've never been an eyeshadow person, mainly because I always found it too time consuming. Using the loose mineral eye color makes it so easy to use, all I have to do is take my fluffy eyeshadow brush and apply it to my eyelid, I barely have to blend if not at all and it takes a few seconds to do. At the end, my makeup looks very effortlessly beautiful, not to mention the color "bare skin" makes my eyes pop.

I've been wearing bareMinerals for approximately 1 year now and I have to say I really like it! I chose bareMinerals products as it has a mineral base and therefore helps rather than hinders my sensitive skin. When applied bareMinerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Hydrating Gel Cream Vanilla 02 goes on smoothly without the feeling of heaviness. Having Rosacea, I need the coverage Complexion Rescue gives me. I tend to apply 2 thin layers of Complexion Rescue and top it off with a dusting of bareMinerals Mineral Veil powder. BareMinerals Complexion Rescue has SPF30 coverage which again is good for your skin. Occasionally I have a breakout and have used bareMinerals Blemish Rescue Skin-Clearing Spot Concealer which has worked well for me. I know that the bareMinerals line can be more expensive but for me, it is worth it. Next time I plan to purchase a kit that I think will be more cost-effective. I definitely recommend bareMinerals, if only for the fact that it will not clog your pores.!

I've had excellent experience with unclaimed let your skin breathe it looks great. But recently they have been out of my bare minerals powder foundation very difficult to find

I started using bareMinerals in high school. It was the only foundation that didn’t clog my pores or break me out so I continued to use it. I still am a loyal customer.

They are selling high quality products.

All I can say is I've had one great experience after another with this company... online & in store. All companies need to follow suit!

I like going to their stores and trying rings out, but I personally like the mineral powder the best. I'm dry, but it doesn't even catch on my dry spots.

Love this product my mom bought a ton amd ive been using them. They have amazing coverage and color variety.
